Overview
Framehaus is an interior design studio influenced by architectural principles, drawing inspiration from brutalism and the spatial philosophy of Frank Lloyd Wright.
The goal was to create a digital presence that reflects the studio’s approach — structured, intentional, and rooted in form and material.
The website needed to function not only as a portfolio, but as an extension of the studio’s design thinking.
The challenge
Most interior design websites rely heavily on imagery without providing a clear narrative or structure. While visually engaging, they often lack hierarchy and fail to communicate the studio’s underlying philosophy.
Framehaus required a platform that could balance visual impact with architectural clarity, allowing projects to be experienced with both context and intention.
Our approach
We designed a layout system inspired by architectural grids and spatial rhythm.
Content is structured to guide the viewer through each project, combining strong typography with restrained use of imagery. The interface emphasizes alignment, proportion, and negative space — reflecting the studio’s design principles.
The result is a digital experience that feels deliberate and grounded rather than decorative.
The outcome
The final website presents Framehaus as a considered and disciplined studio, where every element serves a purpose.
Projects are displayed with clarity, allowing the work to speak within a structured framework. The platform reinforces the studio’s identity while providing a scalable system for future projects.
Built in Framer, the site allows for flexible content updates while maintaining consistency across all pages.
